Southern Highlands Participatory Organisation

The Management of SHIPO is delegated to the Management Team by the Board of Directors. The team consists of the heads of departments and the Human Resource Officer. The chairman of the team is the Program Coordinator, selected by the Board. The Program Coordinator is usually also Head of a Department. The management team meets weekly to review the operations of SHIPO and resolve issues that have come up.
