Southern Highlands Participatory Organisation

Community Development Department works close with communities to create awareness on health, hygiene and sanitation issue. Also the department is responsible for coordination, monitoring and evaluation of all projects done by the organization.

This department is responsible for preparation of new projects, promotion of water and sanitation program. It also conducts household surveys, training on revolving fund, monitoring visits, good governance training, monthly meetings with community coaches and social phase after completion of projects.
