Southern Highlands Participatory Organisation

Finance and Administration unit plays a central role to ensure that staff and projects for the organisation are effectively organised. This department is responsible for all transaction which is supposed to be done at that particular time. Also the department is responsible for timely preparation of financial reports.

In collaboration with finance head of department and human resource officer the department ensures timely preparation of staff contracts, disbursement of materials for constructions and other financial logistics are allocated as requested by project officers.
